Hope & Anchor App Troubleshooting Guide

The purpose of this guide is to help users through common issues, answer common questions and have the best possible experience using the Hope & Anchor app.




In order to have the best possible experience, please ensure your device has the most up-to-date version of the Hope & Anchor app. Also, consider enabling automatic updates so you can always have the latest version of the Hope & Anchor app.




Users do not need to log in to access any of the features of the Hope & Anchor app. Any account that is logged in on the Hope & Anchor app is stored in your phone’s data cache for autofill which can also can be deleted on your phone’s configurations of this app.
